How quickly will I hear back?
Form submissions are answered by a person as soon as one reads them. If the matter is urgent, call (845) 879-3321 instead. A form cannot triage an emergency.
Do I need to be home for the estimate?
Yes, for anything involving the interior. Much of the diagnosis is questions: when it happens, how long it has been happening, what changed. You know things about the house that we cannot see.
Is there any obligation after the estimate?
None. No deposit to book it, no fee for it, and no follow-up campaign. If you take our written estimate and hand it to someone else, that is your right.
Can I send photos?
Please do. Reply to the confirmation email with wide shots and close shots, inside and out, and shots of the outside of the house during heavy rain if you have them. They are genuinely useful before we arrive.
